Style: Medium Dry White
Cellar Potential 4-6 yrs
Made in a German 'Spätlese' style from late harvested grapes. Hand picked fruit, whole bunch pressed. A small % of botrytis fruit was included in the crush. High natural acidity from this seasons fruit has been off-set by residual unfermented fruit sugar. Fermentation was arrested at 27 g/l residual using refigeration. This wine will develop complex fruit flavours with careful cellaring.
