Grafted in a traditional artisan fashion this wine was fermented in 100% French oak with a full malo-lactic ferment. Extended lees contact in the barrel has resulted in a complex wine with a creamy mid palate and the freshness of white peaches. Grapefruit/mandarin with butterscotch overtones announce the bouquet as it screams from the glass to be enjoyed.
